Latest Maintenance Update

We recommend that you update your software with maintenance releases by going to the Help menu in 123Pet software and selecting "check for updates". If you are having trouble updating through the software, or you do not have an Internet connection on your business computer, follow these steps to download the update manually, save it to your hard drive, and then run it on your business computer.

1. Make a database backup

Please make a backup of your database prior to performing this update. If for any reason you need to restore a backup after updating, it is best to have the most recent possible information.

2. Download the setup file

Download the update setup file using the link below. If you have multiple computers, you will need to run the setup file on each of them. If this is the case, we recommend downloading the setup file onto a USB drive.

3. Run the setup file on each computer in your network.

If you have a network of computers running 123Pet software, they must all be on the same version to work properly.

Note: Only download this update if your are currently using Version 9 of 123Pet software. If you are not already using version 9, you will need to purchase the update to receive a serial number that will allow you to use this version.
