For adequate performance to run the software, please follow at least the minimum hardware specifications. For optimal performance, please follow at least the recommended hardware specifications. Please also see the Policies page for what your computer's regional and language settings should be.
*Internet connection is optional if credit card processing is not used, but will allow for better access to support and software updates. If credit card processing is used, you have the option of using a high speed Internet connection or a modem. If you are purchasing additional hardware, please refer to the requirements below to determine the amount and type of ports your computer should have available.
Note: 123Pet Software will run on any PC, laptop, or netbook that you like as long as it meets the above requirements. Note: 123Pet Software will run on a Mac computer if the Mac is running a Windows emulator, such as Boot Camp, and has a copy of Windows XP (SP2) or Windows Vista installed. 123Pet Software cannot run directly off of a Mac operating system.
