You can receive free technical support, training, and hardware setup from our friendly and knowledgeable Customer Support Specialists.

Support Options

When you purchase 123Pet software for Windows, we include a free subscription to our training and support plan for the first three months. After that, if you need support or training, you can choose one of the two options below that works best for your business:

Provides unlimited phone and e-mail training and support during DaySmart’s regular business hours. Generally, e-mails are answered the same business day.

Get the $59/Month Unlimited Subscription One Year of Unlimited Support for $599

The first two month subscription payments are paid when you sign up for the monthly support subscription. Subscription can be canceled any time.

Pay As You Go:

Pay for phone/remote training and support as you go for $99 per incident or one hour training session. Questions via e-mail are free and generally answered the same business day.
