Free Training Videos
123Pet Software comes with training videos. Each video is about 2 to 3 minutes each and shows how to use the basic features in 123Pet grooming software. These video can be viewed by clicking on the Video section towards the bottom-right corner of the 123Pet grooming software Welcome screen.
Free Software Upgrades
All software updates are free for the first 2 years after purchase. Current users of 123Pet dog grooming, veterinarian, and pet supply business software can upgrade to the newest version or a different package by visiting our Updates page. After the first 2 years, software updates can be purchased at reduced prices.

Phone Support
All phone support is free for the first 90 days up to two hours of total time by calling our technical support line. If you have Internet access, we can also connect live to your computer and provide support so you can visually see what our technical support person is instructing. Support is available Monday - Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
