All phone support is free for the first 60 days after your initial software purchase, up to one hour of total time, by calling our technical support line. If you have Internet access, we can also connect live to your computer and provide support so you can visually see what our technical support person is asking you to do. Support is available Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Saturday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (on Saturdays, e-mail support is available).

Additional Phone/Internet Support
Additional phone support can be purchased by the hour. An hour of phone support can be purchased for $49, and does not expire.
