Ready to install the update?
Installing the update is easy! Once you've purchased the update, or if you qualify for a free update, just follow these simple steps to update your software to Version 10. Installation is so quick and easy, there’s no need to call us.

Make a backup of your database in the current version of 123Pet. Go to the "File" menu and select "Backup Database" to do this. Then close 123Pet.

Download the update installation file clicking the link below. Select the option to run the file when it is finished downloading.

Some required programs may automatically download and install before the 123Pet update is installed. Just click the "Next" prompts as they come up, and be sure to restart your computer when prompted.

After everything is finished installing, open 123Pet from the desktop icon. Your database will be automatically updated which will take a few minutes, and when it's done you'll be all set to use 123Pet Version 10!
If you have multiple computers using 123Pet, be sure to install the update on EACH computer. All computers must be using the same version of the software to run properly.
