Suppliers

The Suppliers screen tracks your business's supplier information. Suppliers keeps a record of supplier information, supplier history and when you last paid suppliers. Supplier payment information can be tracked and checks can be printed using the 123Pet management software General Ledger feature.

123Pet management software tracks the following supplier information:

• Supplier name
• Contact name
• Address
• Phone (including office, toll free, cell, and fax)
• Products supplied
• E- mail
• Comment
• Total amount paid
• Payments to supplier check printing
• History - free text field. Track payment history and other pertinent information.
